Selecting Your Convention Package:

1. Select either the Limited Registration (no evening meals) or Full RegistratioSpecial Deal! Register Now for $350!n package. See descriptions on the main convention page HERE (opens in a new window).

2. Indicate the number of IBBA Members and/or non-members attending, under the Regular or Last Minute booking date as applicable, then enter the cost in the end column. You may also register for a single day (Friday or Saturday).

3. If you wish to attend the Butterfly Breeders Seminar, enter numbers and cost.

4. Indicate any Additional Meals required, which are not covered by your registration (e.g., for guests.)

5. Enter your Total Payment in the box at the bottom, and indicate your method of payment.

6. Follow the instructions for submitting your form and payment.

NOTE: Hotel booking, airport transfer and similar costs are not covered by this form. Please see details on the main convention page.

After completing the form, it must be printed out and mailed in to ensure your selections.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please inform Bobbie McGee as soon as possible, at ibba@froco.com, or phone: (402) 926-8215

Cancellations received on or before October 15 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received on or before October 31 will receive a 75% refund
Cancellations received on or before November 5 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received on or after November 6 are not eligible for refund.

More information on Credit Card payments

The International Butterfly Breeder's Association accepts credit card payments through the PayPal service.

When making a payment through PayPal you can be assured that your transaction is secure and private. PayPal will ask you for your email address and for you to choose a password in order to complete the transaction. A receipt of the transaction will be sent to your email address. If you should log into PayPal to make future payments to the IBBA or payments to other PayPal members, your credit card information is already saved in the system. Again, all transactions are done through a secure server and no transactions can take place without your direction.
