Convention Registration:

Includes Keynote Dinner on Friday night, all Presentations and Workshops on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, Breakfast Saturday morning, Dinner and Auction Saturday night, Breakfast Sunday morning, and Snacks and Non-alcoholic Drinks throughout each day during presentations.

Great News! Circus Circus is giving IBBA convention attendees excellent group rates for hotel rooms in the upgraded, newly renovated West Tower . The hotel is located directly on the exciting Las Vegas Strip!

To take advantage of the discounted group room rates you must call the hotel:

Important! Reservations must be telephoned directly to Hotel Reservation Department at (800-634-3450 option 1).  In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify affiliation with International Butterfly Breeders Association, Group Code CW11BBA.  Rates can not be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. Be sure to confirm you are receiving the group rates for IBBA! The cut-off date to receive the discounted rates is Wednesday, October 20, 2010.

For those who are leaving directly after the convention on Sunday (the convention ends at 12:00 noon on Sunday), the hotel is offering a late check-out. Please be sure to request late check out and make sure there is no extra charge.

Please note:  In order to keep the pricing as low possible for the convention, please book your rooms at Circus Circus with the group code CW11BBA.  While there are many "deals" to go to Vegas, the low room rates and low rates for attending the convention are tied to room occupancy.

In addition, Circus Circus is offering these low room rates for extended days if you choose to come a few days early to see the sights, attend the Thursday seminar, or stay late for more sight-seeing. Room rates are good for those extra days, too!

Room rates are as follows:
Weeknight $26.95
Friday/Saturday night $61.95

The hotel charges an extra resort charge per night of $4.95 which includes:

In-room Internet service, chips & salsa at the Garden Grill, 2 free drinks at any Casino bar or Slots of Fun bar, 2 free ride passes for Adventuredome Theme Park, 2 fitness passes, 2 free midway games, 800/local calls up to 30 minutes maximum per call, and a resort funbook valued at approximately $100. Within the hotel there are free, on-going circus acts to watch, an indoor theme park, casinos, and many hotel amenities including 2 swimming pools and Jacuzzis, and numerous dining facilities to please every palate.
